Cloudflare may also use cookies or other technologies to recognise internet users, but only for the purpose described here.
The use of Cloudflare is based on our legitimate interest in providing our website as error-free, fast and secure as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data transfers to the USA are based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details and further information on security and data protection at Cloudflare can be found here: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
The company is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. Further information is available from the provider at the following link: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5666.
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the service named above. This is a contract required by data protection law. It ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. General information and mandatory information
Data protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various kinds of personal data are collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmitted over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Germany
Email: info@ragna.io
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses).
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for processing it no longer applies. If you make a justified request for deletion or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted, unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law). In the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.
General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR if special categories of data under Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed. If you have explicitly consented to the transfer of personal data to third countries, the processing is also based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the processing is additionally based on Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If your data is required to perform a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also process your data where this is required to fulfil a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The relevant legal basis in each individual case is explained in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Recipients of personal data
In the course of our business, we work with various external parties. In some cases, this requires transferring personal data to these parties. We only pass on personal data to external parties if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the transfer under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or if another legal basis permits it. When we use processors, we only pass on our customers’ personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR EACH PROCESSING OPERATION CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ESTABLISH, EXERCISE OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21(1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR SUCH MARKETING. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged violation. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or to perform a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only happen where technically feasible.
Information, correction and deletion
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, and, where applicable, a right to have this data corrected or deleted. You can contact us at any time about this and any other questions on personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us about this at any time. The right to restriction of processing applies in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we hold about you, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the check, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
- If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you can request restriction of processing instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of processing instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection under Art. 21(1) GDPR, your interests and ours must be weighed against each other. As long as it has not been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may (apart from being stored) only be processed with your consent, to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
When SSL/TLS encryption is active, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to promotional emails
We hereby object to the use of the contact details published under the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
Our website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies). Session cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser deletes them automatically.
Cookies can come from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies make it possible to integrate certain services of third-party companies into websites (e.g. cookies for handling payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. the shopping cart function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and similar recognition technologies has been requested, the processing is based exclusively on this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG); you can withdraw your consent at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.
Server log files
The provider of these pages (Cloudflare) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free display and the security of the website. To achieve this, server log files must be recorded.
Enquiries by email
If you contact us by email, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if it was requested. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
The data you send us remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been dealt with). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.
5. Analytics tools and advertising
Google Tag
We use the Google tag (gtag.js). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The Google tag is a script that integrates Google Analytics into this website. It is only loaded after you have consented to statistics cookies; before that, no connection to Google is made. When the script loads, your IP address is transferred to Google and may also be transferred to Google’s parent company in the United States.
The Google tag is used exclusively on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
The company is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. Every company certified under the DPF is obliged to comply with these data protection standards. You can find more information at the following link: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as pages viewed, time spent on the page, the operating system used and the user’s origin. This data is combined into a user ID and assigned to the visitor’s device.
Google Analytics can also record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks, among other things. Google Analytics uses various modelling approaches to extend the collected data sets and uses machine learning technologies in data analysis.
Google Analytics uses technologies that make it possible to recognise the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This service is used on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
The transfer of data to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.
IP anonymisation
IP anonymisation is activated on this website. This means that Google shortens your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transferring it to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services related to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
Browser plug-in
You can prevent Google from collecting and processing your data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
Google Signals
We use Google Signals. When you visit our website, Google Analytics records, among other things, your location, your search history and your YouTube history as well as demographic data (visitor data). This data can be used for personalised advertising with Google Signals. If you have a Google account, Google Signals links your visitor data to your Google account and uses it to send you personalised advertising messages. The data is also used to create anonymous statistics on the online behaviour of our users.
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
